Shipping
Due to the high volume of feeders and other products we offer, we do not warehouse or ship from here. Most products ship direct from the manufacturer or one of our suppliers. This arrangement allows us to offer quality products at the best possible price by keeping our overhead costs low.
Our suppliers ship as quickly as possible with most orders arriving to the customer within 5-10 business days depending on the item, options, and the time of year. Please keep in mind that many times of the year are busier than others for certain products. Some delays may be experienced during these periods. Items that generally take longer to ship are noted in that item’s description. If you need an item to arrive by a specific time, please contact us before ordering to ensure the item’s availability and shipment times.
Most items ship via UPS or Fed Ex ground, with truck freight being the only option for some of the larger units. Truck freight shipments will be noted in the item descriptions. Freight costs are not included in the invoice total and will be charged separately. Certain smaller items (clocks, varmint guards, repair parts, etc) may ship via US Mail. Overnight or 2nd day air may be possible, but you MUST contact us before ordering to check item’s availability and additional cost.
Returns
To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Contact us to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions. All refunds will be minus the original shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee.

To obtain the RA number, please provide us with the reason for the return.
Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip with the RA number.
We will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization (RA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.
Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused items, in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner's manuals, etc. within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Any issues with a defective item must be by the manufacturer.
Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
Returns must be shipped to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail with confirmation for tracking purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
Please allow 2 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit. All refunds will be minus the original shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee.
